1. Who we are. This page is operated by The Rookie Way ("Rookiez Life", "we", "us"). For any privacy questions or requests, contact us at vibe@rookiezlife.com or via our Grievance contacts below.
2. What we collect. When you join the Founders' Drop, we collect your email address, your mobile number if you choose to add it, the LAYERS piece you were viewing when you joined, the fact and time of your registration, the consent wording you agreed to, and basic technical data (device/browser type and analytics events about how the page was used). We don't ask for or need any other personal information at this stage.
3. Why we use it (and our legal basis). We process this data on the basis of your consent, to: (a) confirm your registration; (b) send you updates about the Rookiez Life launch; (c) allocate and show your Founder number; (d) make you aware of and deliver the launch offer; and (e) understand and improve sign-up performance in aggregate. Your mobile number and email are never sent to our analytics. We won't use your data for unrelated purposes without asking you.
4. Marketing communications. By joining, you agree to receive launch-related messages from us by SMS and, if you add your email, by email. We'll only message you about the launch and closely related updates. You can opt out any time — by clicking unsubscribe in any email, following the opt-out instructions in any SMS, or contacting us. Marketing SMS is sent through a compliant partner in line with applicable TRAI regulations.
5. Who we share it with. We share data only with service providers who help us run this, under confidentiality obligations — our store/CRM platform (Shopify), our SMS and verification partner, our email delivery partner, and our analytics provider. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data if required by law.
6. How long we keep it. We keep your registration data until the launch and for a reasonable period after, or until you withdraw consent or ask us to delete it — whichever is earlier — after which we delete or anonymise it. If you go on to buy from us, your customer record is kept under our store Privacy Policy.
7. Security. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect it and to notify you and the authorities of any breach as required by law.
8. Your rights. Subject to applicable law (including the DPDP Act 2023), you may access, correct, or delete your data, withdraw consent, and raise a grievance. To exercise any of these, contact our Grievance contacts below. We'll respond within the timelines the law requires. If we don't resolve your grievance, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
9. Children. This offer is intended for individuals 18 years or older. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
10. Changes. We may update this policy; the current version will always be posted here with its effective date.

1. What the Founders' Drop is. It's an early-registration list for the upcoming Rookiez Life launch of LAYERS, operated by The Rookie Way. Registering is free, does not create a sale, a reservation of stock, or a binding contract — it signs you up to hear from us first and to be considered for the launch offer.
2. Eligibility. You must be 18 or older and resident in India. One registration per person; we may check for duplicates.
3. Your number. The Founder number shown to you is a marker of early registration, assigned in sequence. It's indicative, may be re-issued or adjusted, and does not by itself guarantee stock, a purchase slot, a delivery order, a place among the first 100 customers, or any fixed price. Final confirmation happens at launch and may require you to verify your email or mobile again.
4. The launch offer. A special launch price is planned for the first 100 qualifying customers at launch. How the first 100 are counted, the eligible products, the price and any other conditions will be confirmed at launch and may change or be withdrawn. Unless we state otherwise, it is non-transferable, has no cash value, can't be combined with other offers, and is subject to availability and to the conditions published at launch.
5. Pricing. Any price shown on this page, such as an opening price for the collection, is indicative and shown to help you gauge fit. It is not an offer of sale, may change, and does not fix the price of any item. Final prices, taxes, and shipping will be shown at the point of purchase at launch.
6. No guarantee of launch or availability. We don't commit to a specific launch date, product range, or quantity. We may modify, pause, or withdraw the Founders' Drop at any time without liability.
7. Communications & data. By joining you consent to launch-related SMS and, if you add your email, email, as described in our Privacy Policy, and you can opt out anytime.
8. Fair use. Fake, abusive, automated, duplicate, or bad-faith entries may be rejected or removed, and we may disqualify any registration we reasonably believe is fraudulent or abusive.
9. Intellectual property. "Rookiez Life", "The Rookie Way", our logos, and page content are our property and may not be used without permission.
10. Liability. The Founders' Drop is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your participation.
11. Changes to these terms. We may update these terms; the posted version governs.
12. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Mysore, Karnataka having jurisdiction.
